Let’s work together towards the life you would like to create.
Hi, I’m Jodi
I believe that feeling genuinely heard and understood is an important starting point for change. As a psychologist, I feel privileged to sit with you as you share your story, explore challenges and transitions, moments of uncertainty, and the possibilities for growth that emerge along the way.
At the heart of our relationship is my belief that a safe and trusting relationship provides the foundation for meaningful exploration, growth and healing. How you may experience this is a warm, collaborative and compassionate conversation, where you can explore at a pace that is comfortable for you.
My journey to become a psychologist was shaped by my own experiences of navigating life’s complexities. These deepened my compassion and strengthened my desire to support others.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching AFL, reading, listening to music, hiking, and spending time in nature. If you feel that my approach resonates with you, I welcome the opportunity to meet and explore how we might work together.
